Staffing Specialist Job Description:

Fill client job orders quickly and effectively Recruit, interview, and match candidates to the right opportunities Conduct onboarding and prepare employees for day one success Perform quality control check-ins (calls + onsite visits) Generate talent through calls, texts, social media, and referrals Keep talent pipelines organized and ready to go

Staffing Specialist Job Requirements:

2+ current years of customer support customer facing role 1+ year in a leadership role Comfortable performing to metrics Ability to coach direct employees

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
