Opportunities to grow! About the Position Fairway Staffing is seeking an energetic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people find employment opportunities, and can build strong relationships with candidates and clients. Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions Post and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other job boards Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and orientation processes Update applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases Follow up with employees and clients regarding assignments and performance Support office operations and recruiting goals Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude Reliable transportation What We're Looking For Self-starter with a strong work ethic Team player with a positive attitude Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Passion for helping people find employment Benefits Competitive pay Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Health benefits available Apply today and become part of a team dedicated to connecting great people with great opportunities!
