This role will build partnerships with universities, colleges, and trade schools, develop talent pipelines, and represent Control Air at recruiting events throughout the state.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and workforce development programs Lead campus recruiting and manage full-cycle hiring for interns and entry-level talent Expand and oversee internship and early-career development programs Represent Control Air at career fairs, networking events, and industry associations Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field 2+ years of recruiting experience, including university relations or campus recruiting Experience developing internship or early-career programs preferred Strong relationship-building, presentation, and project management skills Ability to travel throughout California during peak recruiting seasons
Location:
Anaheim, CA (Full-Time, Office-Based)
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $100,000 annually
