$20.00 - $ 25.00 per hour. Guidex Group is seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team in Bellflower, CA. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys connecting great candidates with the right opportunities. This position will manage the recruiting process from sourcing and screening through placement, onboarding, and employee follow-up. You will work closely with candidates, temporary employees, clients, and our internal team to help meet daily and long-term staffing needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with staffing agency experience who is comfortable managing multiple job orders, recruiting with urgency, building candidate pipelines, and taking ownership of their recruiting desk. Responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and place candidates to meet client staffing needs and performance goals Create, post, and manage job ads and engaging content across job boards and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Develop and share content that promotes open roles, employer branding, workplace culture, and service offerings to engage both candidates and customers Support recruitment marketing campaigns, hiring events, and digital outreach initiatives Use social media, text, phone, and email outreach to attract, engage, and nurture talent pipelines Conduct high-quality interviews and effectively promote job opportunities to candidates Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to align recruiting efforts with business and client needs Ensure timely onboarding, orientation, and compliance requirements Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to support retention and satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS system Meet or exceed weekly recruiting and engagement performance goals Qualifications 2-3 years of recruiting, staffing, or recruitment marketing experience preferred Staffing agency experience strongly preferred. Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple open positions. Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, light industrial, clerical, or related positions is highly desirable. Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills. Comfortable making outbound recruiting calls and proactively identifying candidates. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize changing staffing needs and work with urgency. Strong follow-through and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Avionté experience is a plus. Comfortable working with walk-in applicants and conducting onsite interviews. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, email, text, and video. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, or move throughout the office. Ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials or supplies weighing up to 15 pounds. Ability to attend or assist with recruiting events, orientations, job fairs, or other hiring activities as needed. Work Environment Full-time, on-site position in a professional office environment in Bellflower, CA. Regular interaction with candidates, employees, clients, and internal team members by phone, email, text, video, and in person. Fast-paced environment requiring frequent communication, multitasking, and management of changing recruiting priorities and deadlines. Regular use of computers, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, social media platforms, phones, and other office technology. Work is primarily performed indoors in a climate-controlled office setting. Occasional local travel may be required for hiring events, client visits, orientations, or recruiting activities.
