The Staffing Consultant functions in a critical and dynamic role focused on sales, recruitment, account management, customer service, and operations. Position Details Location:
Citrus Heights, CA Schedule:
Monday -
Friday Shift:
7:30am to 4:30pm Job Responsibilities Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet our clients' needs Screen and interview qualified candidates Create strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary point of contact Oversee healthcare providers Negotiate wages with candidates Staff and schedule healthcare providers Manage relationships with Ro Health clients Develop skills needed in a management role Handle additional operations including payroll and marketing Operate at all times with a high level of honesty and integrity Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Leadership Experience Compensation Pay:
Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee) Quarterly Bonuses!
