Role:
The candidate will be responsible for managing technical recruitment for engineering teams, with a strong focus on identifying, attracting, evaluating, and hiring engineering talent across Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Hardware, and related engineering disciplines . The role requires a combination of hands-on technical recruiting expertise, strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment experience . Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Recruit for software, mechanical, electrical, hardware, and engineering-related positions . Source and engage qualified engineering candidates through: LinkedIn/outbound sourcing Networking Talent communities Referrals Diverse talent channels Conduct initial candidate screening and assess technical background against job requirements. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , from intake through offer and closure. Build and maintain strong engineering talent pipelines. Partner with hiring managers and HR/People teams throughout the hiring process. Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, policies, and SOPs. Use recruiting data, metrics, and reporting to improve hiring effectiveness. Represent the organization at career fairs, technical events, networking events, and other talent-engagement activities. Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Required Experience 4+ years of technical recruiting experience . Strong experience recruiting for engineering positions , particularly: Software Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Hardware Engineering Vehicle/Automotive Systems Engineering Proven experience with technical sourcing and candidate engagement . Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment . Experience working directly with engineering hiring managers and technical leadership . Ability to understand engineering terminology, technical requirements, and different engineering disciplines. Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment . Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
