Job Summary We are seeking a TA Recruiter, Junior Level, for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting talent acquisition needs within the aerospace and defense industry. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with 3 to 6 years of experience who enjoys managing candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and supporting full lifecycle recruiting for corporate, technical, engineering, manufacturing, or specialized roles. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite with an experienced Talent Acquisition team in a structured recruiting environment. Candidates will gain exposure to hiring processes, recruitment reporting, sourcing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting activity, including sourcing, resume screening, candidate interviews, interview coordination, offer support, and pre-employment steps.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for technical, corporate, and specialized roles using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, ATS tools, and other sourcing methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, support requisition creation, and provide recruiting updates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and help deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, track recruiting activity, and support pipeline reporting, sourcing metrics, and recruitment process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters, sourcing partners, agencies, contractors, and external recruiting resources to support hiring goals. Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $39 to $46 per hour.
- Annual salary range provided: $80K to $99K.

Schedule:
Onsite Monday through Friday, 9/80 schedule.Location:
San Diego, CA, with onsite work in Rancho Bernardo or Poway.- Travel between Rancho Bernardo and Poway locations may be required as needed.
- Extended hours may be required as business needs dictate.
