Job Description

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Technical Recruiter with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $60.00/hr. - $75.00hr.
Duties:
  • Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
  • Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source.
  • Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Build quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes, and associations.
  • Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
  • Manage the recruitment of manager to executive level positions.
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates from the internet and the competition to identify candidates for the hard-to-fill positions.
  • Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process for global efficiency.
  • Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites.
  • Train/mentor new recruiters on global recruiting processes and tools.
  • Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
  • Utilize recruitment budget within given targets.
  • Participate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative.
Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductors, or advanced hardware environments.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in HR and Legal.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Experience supporting high growth or complex organizations.
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking sourcing metrics.
  • Ability to provide market insights and talent availability recommendations to hiring teams.
