About This Opportunity:
This role is for more than a traditional Recruiter. You will be fundamental to our growth strategy, working directly with the executive team to help build and manage our overall talent acquisition strategy, from creating job posts and interviewing applicants to proactively finding exceptional candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity. You will help create new positions, assist with internal HR support, help improve our employer brand, screen and interview candidates, coordinate the hiring process, and assist new employees through onboarding. A major focus will also be proactive talent hunting using LinkedIn, Indeed, recruiting databases, social media, industry networks, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and recruit high-performing people before they ever apply. This is a ground-level opportunity with significant room to grow. The right person can quickly develop into a senior recruiting or HR leadership position as our company and team expand. This is a full-time W-2 position based at our home office in Centennial, Colorado, with a potential hybrid schedule based on performance and independence. This position will receive monthly bonus compensation for additional financial incentive.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Candidate sourcing, resume review, interviewing, and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of general HR processes, procedures, and employer compliance Experience proactively sourcing or headhunting passive candidates Job posting, recruitment marketing, or employer branding experience Mortgage, financial services, banking, real estate, fintech, or sales recruiting is a plus Experience recruiting commission based sales professionals is a plus
Responsibilities:
Create, improve, publish, and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms Review applications and identify the strongest candidates quickly Conduct initial screening calls and interviews Coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, offers, and candidate communication Proactively source and recruit high-performing passive candidates Build long-term candidate pipelines for important and frequently hired positions Develop sourcing strategies for in demand positions as the company grows Help strengthen Liberty Financing's employer brand and online recruiting presence Research competitor compensation, hiring strategies, job postings, and talent Assist management with new-hire onboarding and employee transitions Support existing employee and compliance HR tasks as needed Use modern technology, automation, and AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency
