$75,000-$85,000 Ultimate Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle talent acquisition efforts across the United States and Canada. This role partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, and business leaders to execute recruiting strategies that support organizational growth and workforce needs. The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience, managing recruiting processes, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Operations leaders, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support workforce planning initiatives aligned with business objectives and operational requirements. Build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization to support talent acquisition and workforce planning needs. Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the U.S. and Canada for field operations, technical, manufacturing, transportation, and corporate positions. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while coordinating offers and onboarding activities. Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain appropriate staffing levels by identifying and presenting qualified candidates in a timely manner. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records, candidate files, and recruiting workflows. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach. Support recruiting initiatives designed to attract and engage high-quality talent. Maintain recruiting data and documentation within ATS and recruiting platforms. Assist with preparing recruiting reports and tracking key performance indicators, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring activity. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, customer service, or other high-volume customer-facing roles. Experience recruiting for operations, manufacturing, transportation, technical, or field-based positions preferred. Experience supporting multi-state and/or Canadian recruiting efforts is a plus.
