ABOUT THE JOB

In this position you will be recruiting Aircraft Mechanics for contract positions in various locations by performing a high volume of calls as well as reviewing incoming leads via social media, job boards, text and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be local to the Clearwater, Florida area and be willing to work in an office environment. It is important to us that you are comfortable with working in an office environment a minimum of 40 hours per week. We do not offer remote work options. This is a full-time position, M-F days offering

DETAILS:

Recruit Aviation Maintenance Technicians to be placed in various work locations throughout the United States. Perform resume searches through various databases.

PERFORM A HIGH VOLUME OF COLD CALLS

to potential candidates. (It is important to us that you are comfortable making a high volume of direct calls daily as it is important to the success of this position) Perform follow up with candidates in a fast and timely manner. Possible use of social media in your recruiting efforts. Screen a high volume of inbound resumes. Provide follow up and support to VP Aviation Technicians. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Sales background or sales environment exposure a plus. Able to work in an office environment EVERY business day. It is important to us that you are able to create a routine where you are in the office every day. Able to filter through a high volume of possible candidates. Able to make a high volume of outgoing calls. (It is important to us that you are comfortable making a high volume of direct calls daily as it is important to the success of this position) Able to understand high priority times and perform accordingly. Aviation experience not required but those with have excelled. Previous recruiting experience not required but those with have excelled. Ability to build rapport with candidates and internal employees. Exceptionally detail oriented and organized. Excellent communication skills are a PLUS.
