$33.36 - $43.36 / hour Summary Provides physician and/or advanced practice provider recruitment for designated specialties as needed. This includes responsibility for candidate pre-screening and appropriate follow-up for physician/APP candidates in designated specialties.
Requirements Education:
Bachelors degree required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience to validate commiserate skill set (minimum 5 years total) in a professional business setting.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years direct recruiting experience required. Physician and/or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment-related experience preferred. Business, sales, pharmaceutical, educational and other healthcare recruitment experience can be considered. Must have knowledge of healthcare recruiting and healthcare operations. Extensive knowledge of principles and practice of recruitment administration including, but not limited to report preparation, creation of spreadsheets, database information input and maintenance, creation of marketing tools such as flyers, brochures, etc. Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems software including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. required.
