We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition for a temporary remote assignment. This position will focus on high-volume recruiting and supporting field hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Manage the recruiting process from candidate sourcing through onboarding Source and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting platforms Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Work closely with HR to support background checks and onboarding Help develop and implement effective recruiting strategies Build strong relationships across departments and contribute to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience At least 2 years of experience recruiting for hourly positions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Strong customer-service mindset Proficiency with
