Staffing Agency Recruiter We are seeking a motivated Staffing Agency Recruiter to join our team in South Elgin. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in an office or recruiting environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing setting.

Location:

South Elgin, IL Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (weekend availability required as needed)

Pay Rate:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various client job orders Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews Maintain consistent communication with applicants and clients Assist with onboarding and placement processes Make outbound recruiting calls as needed Support office operations and daily staffing needs

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an office or recruiting/staffing environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and team-oriented attitude Please call Liz at (630) 293-2600 ext 106
