Seeking Staffing Coordinator! Part-time (36 hours biweekly), 9 hours/2 shifts a week, 10:30p-9:00a, rotates every 3rd weekend ​ Baptist Health Floyd, Staffing Office Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily staffing operations across the hospital to support safe patient care and operational efficiency. This role manages staffing adjustments, call-ins, float assignments, and staffing resource allocation while collaborating with nursing leaders and departmental leadership. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Associate's degree Preferred Two (2) years experience Two (2) years healthcare scheduling, staffing or administrative experience preferred; Experience in hospital operations or staffing coordination preferred; Familiarity with staffing and scheduling systems (i.e. API, Workday) preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Office applications highly recommended.
