Full Time Position Overview Kiewit is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support large-scale construction projects. This individual will serve as the primary recruiting partner for project leadership, driving workforce planning and full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire top talent across construction and project support functions. This is a highly visible role that requires a proactive recruiter capable of building strong partnerships with operations leaders and delivering talent solutions in a fast-paced project environment. District Overview HR Operations is an integral partner and service provider at Kiewit. In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization. Location This role will be based out of Lenexa, KS. Responsibilities Partner with project leadership to develop and execute workforce staffing plans. Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Utilize innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, military programs, and industry outreach. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing talent market insights and recruiting best practices. Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and candidate site visits. Track recruiting metrics and provide staffing updates to project and HR leadership. Ensure compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment regulations. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Experience supporting construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, or EPC-related hiring. Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling difficult-to-fill positions. Strong relationship management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale project staffing, workforce planning, and rapid hiring ramps. Background recruiting for Construction roles such as: Field Engineers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Safety, Quality, Materials Management, and Project Controls professionals. Experience supporting union and project-based workforce hiring. Experience partnering directly with project executives and operations leadership. Advanced sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and competitive intelligence. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and recruiting analytics. Experience supporting mega projects, power generation, advanced manufacturing, data center, LNG, industrial, or large commercial construction projects. #LI-KS23
