Job Description
Prestige Engineering is seeking a motivated and results-driven Mid-Level Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This position will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities and supporting the company's technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, skilled-trades, and professional recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will have proven recruiting experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage the recruiting process from initial sourcing through candidate placement and onboarding. Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, skilled-trades, and professional positions. Review job requirements and develop an understanding of the skills and experience needed for each position. Source, screen, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Assist with offers, start dates, and placement coordination. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Candidate Sourcing Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other recruiting channels. Conduct outbound recruiting through phone calls, text messages, email, and other appropriate methods. Identify passive candidates and develop long-term candidate relationships. Utilize
