Contract Recruiter - Make an Impact on Youth! Are you a passionate and driven recruiter looking for an opportunity to make a real difference? Spectrum Juvenile Justice Services operates a secure youth residential treatment program for males aged 12 to 20, and we're seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our team for a term not exceeding six months. Located in Highland Park, MI, this is an exciting chance to play a crucial role in building the foundation of a program dedicated to helping young men succeed. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to extending offers, for a variety of critical positions, including: Juvenile Development Specialists Supervisors Facility Managers Therapists Case Managers What you will do: Work closely with Spectrum's Human Resources team to meet staffing requirements in time for the opening of our secure residential youth program in Highland Park, MI. Source a diverse pool of qualified candidates using innovative strategies. Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the background check process efficiently and accurately. Facilitate the selection of high-quality entry-level and professional team members. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment expertise.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a social services, healthcare, or non-profit setting. Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills. A strong understanding of background check processes and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young people. The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
