This Recruiter role supports hiring needs within the security and surveillance industry and manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer coordination and onboarding. This is a strong opportunity for an HR recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and creating a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, create accurate job descriptions, and evaluate candidate qualifications. Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews while maintaining a professional and timely candidate experience. Prepare offer letters, communicate compensation and job expectations, and support offer negotiations in partnership with HR and hiring managers. Maintain accurate recruiting records in the Applicant Tracking System and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source-of-hire.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$28.00 to $30.00 per hour.
