Job Description
IQ Resource Group is looking for a Bilingual Staffing Consultant to join our Minneapolis, MN team. In this role, you'll recruit, interview, hire, and support employees while partnering with local businesses to meet their staffing needs. Every day brings something different—from interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions to helping employees succeed on assignment. Compensation:
Earn $42,540
•64,960+ per year . This is a salaried, exempt position that combines a competitive base salary with commission and performance bonuses.
Base Salary:
$37,440
•45,760 annually (approximately $18.00
•22/hour equivalent)
Commission & Bonus Potential:
Estimated $5,100

Match candidates with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities. Conduct onboarding, orientations, and safety training. Complete new hire paperwork and maintain accurate records in our ATS. Support employees throughout their assignments. Partner with clients and coworkers to fill openings quickly. Deliver outstanding customer service to applicants and clients. What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills. A positive attitude and a sense of urgency. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask. Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 and learning new technology. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, human resources, administration, or another people-focused role is preferred, but not required. Bilingual Spanish/English required. Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish and able to communicate effectively with Spanish speakers from diverse Latin American backgrounds.
