Following significant recent growth, they're looking to add an HR Recruiter / Coordinator to their team. In this role, you'll: Manage recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives Serve as a key HR contact for employee questions Maintain personnel records and HR systems Assist with training programs, reporting, and HR projects What they're looking for: 1+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience, or a degree in HR or related field Strong communication and organizational skills Energetic, people-focused personality with a passion for creating a positive employee experience Experience with HRIS systems; Workday exposure is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Hastings, MN (100% onsite) Monday-Friday ; 40 hours per week $26
