Job Title:
Bilingual Senior Staffing Recruiter- Industrial & Manufacturing (Full Cycle)
Location:
Arden, NC (In-Office, Non-Remote)Schedule:
Monday- Thursday, 8:00 AM
- 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM
- 3:00
PM Salary:
$50,000- $55,000 DOE (Top starting pay: $55K; no commission at this time)

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Recruiter/CSR who can help us strengthen our workforce solutions and support both English- and Spanish-speaking talent pools.
Position Overview:
As a Recruiter specializing in industrial and manufacturing staffing , you will oversee the full recruitment cycle —from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand unique staffing needs, while leveraging your bilingual skills to expand access to diverse, high-quality candidates. Must be comfortable working in an independent work space and a team environment.Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Lead hiring efforts for skilled roles including CNC Programmers, Production Supervisors, Machine Operators (Slitter, CNC, Molding), Chemical Operators, Pipe Fitters, TIG Welders, Structural Welders, Assembly Leads, and more.Sourcing & Attraction:
Use job boards, social media, community outreach, and referrals to engage top-tier candidates.Candidate Evaluation:
Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain strong pipelines for current and future openings.Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute targeted strategies for hard-to-fill roles.Metrics & Reporting:
Track and analyze recruitment data to ensure efficiency and improvement.Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years in staffing, with at least 1 year focused on manufacturing or skilled labor.Industry Knowledge:
Proven success filling technical and industrial roles.Relationship Building:
Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and teams.Skills:
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment tools.Bonus Points:
