Hillcrest Health & Living - BellevueAbout the opportunityHillcrest Health Services is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their team, focusing on team member engagement and recruitment efforts. The Recruiter plays a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's mission and goals.

What you'll get to do
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, employees, and external partners to understand recruitment needs and promote job opportunities
  • Manage job postings and advertisements to reach a wide audience
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring
  • Ensure a welcoming orientation and onboarding experience for new team members through leading orientation and working with hiring leaders on onboarding experiences.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
