Overview Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates across various sectors. Your expertise in both English and Spanish will enhance our recruitment efforts, allowing us to reach a broader audience and foster a diverse workplace. What you'll do Engage in proactive talent acquisition by sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media management and networking events. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Workday, and iCIMS to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate records. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to employee orientation, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, fostering engagement throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on employment and labor laws to ensure compliance during recruitment activities. Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent. Basic qualifications Exceptional communication skills in both English and another language. Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or internal recruiting. Preferred qualifications Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and talent management practices. Experience using HRIS systems such as Paychex or Kronos for managing employee data. Knowledge of contracts, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations strategies. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship management.
