Full Job Description Career Details:

We are seeking passionate HR Recruiter to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As an HR Recruiter, you will recruit, research, evaluate and present candidates for vacant positions throughout the organization. Coordinate the hiring process of successful applicants with hiring managers and Human Resources Generalist and HR department ensuring optimum and timely staffing for all current openings.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, business administration, which included coursework in supervisory principles & techniques.

Experience :

2 years' experience in human resources environment, recruitment, workforce development, labor relations, or related field.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Skills and Abilities:

Computer Skills :

Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
