LP Job Summary:

This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. You will be instrumental in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The position requires a proactive recruiter who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic sourcing and recruitment plans. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs. Deliver a superior candidate journey. Effectively manage numerous demands simultaneously. Develop candidate pipelines based on market trends.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Industry Experience:

Experience in high-volume recruitment environments, particularly within fulfillment centers or similar operational settings, is highly preferred.
