Associate's Degree Talent Sourcer / Candidate Acquisition Specialist (High-Performance Role) We're looking for an onsite, people-driven Talent Sourcer who knows how to find top-tier talent before anyone else does.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and creative search strategies Build strong pipelines of candidates for current and future openings Qualify candidates quickly and effectively to ensure alignment with client needs Maintain detailed notes, track activity, and follow up consistently—nothing falls through the cracks Partner with recruiters and leadership to understand hiring priorities and deliver results quickly Continuously find new and better ways to source talent and stay ahead of the market

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills Comfortable making calls and engaging candidates daily Competitive mindset—you like to win and measure your performance Strong communication skills and professional presence

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent/established work experience. Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in an education service field or equivalent healthcare or recruiting and staffing experience. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Proficient PC skills including routine spreadsheet, database, and word processing activity.
