Who You Are:
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades, administrative, and operational roles across ARM's growing organization. This role is the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a consistent, professional, and compliant hiring process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience recruiting for the trades, a strong customer service mindset, and the technical skills to work efficiently across ADP, applicant tracking systems, and digital sourcing platforms.
Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain active talent pipelines for trade disciplines including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding and general maintenance Proactively source candidates through various ATS platforms, job boards, referral networks, and trade-specific sites Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, and community organizations to support ongoing talent needs Collaborate with hiring managers during role intake to define requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and align on sourcing strategy
Candidate Management & Selection:
Screen applicants, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate all stages of the interview process Facilitate structured debrief sessions with hiring managers to ensure consistent and legally compliant evaluation of candidates Manage candidate communications throughout the process to ensure a positive experience that reflects ARM's values and employer brand Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in ADP and other recruitment tools
Pre-Employment & Compliance:
Coordinate and manage pre-employment processes and requirements in accordance with ARM policies and applicable client requirements Ensure all hiring practices comply with FCRA, EEOC, and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws Support adverse action processes and maintain compliant documentation for all hiring decisions Partner with HR on policy updates, process improvements, and compliance-related projects as needed
Reporting & Process Improvement:
Track and report key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement Contribute to the ongoing development of ARM's HR infrastructure, job description library, and recruiting best practices
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on skilled trades (maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding or similar disciplines), facilities maintenance, property services, or a multi-site field operations environment required 3+ years of customer service experience in recruiting, staffing, sales or client-facing role required Strong technical skills including proficiency with ADP or a comparable
HRIS/ATS
platform, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sourcing tools Working knowledge of FCRA, EEOC, and employment compliance requirements Experience recruiting across multiple states with awareness of varying compliance requirements is preferred
