As a Recruiter (Part-Time), you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent across various departments. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us build a strong workforce that drives our organization forward. This position offers flexible hours and the chance to develop your HR and recruiting expertise in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Duties Source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research to build a diverse talent pipeline Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify the best fit for open roles Manage full cycle recruiting processes from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience Utilize talent management software and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing to track applicant progress and maintain accurate records Engage in external recruiting efforts like campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and high-volume recruitment campaigns Negotiate job offers with candidates while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through relationship management techniques and effective communication skills Skills Proven experience in recruiting, including full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and employee orientation Strong negotiation skills combined with talent management expertise to attract top candidates Familiarity with HR systems such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, and ATS platforms for efficient candidate tracking Knowledge of employment law in talent management to ensure legal compliance during hiring processes Excellent communication skills for conducting interviews, cold calling potential candidates, and engaging with diverse audiences Ability to manage high volume recruitment efforts while maintaining attention to detail Experience with social media marketing (recruitment) to generate lead generation opportunities and enhance employer branding Skills in employee evaluation, employee relations, training & development, succession planning, and HR legal compliance

Pay:

From $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
