Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm (Hybrid) Tues, Wed, Thurs on-site About the position: As a Recruiter Associate at Joule, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent in the scientific, healthcare, and clinical fields. Responsibilities Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates • Conduct targeted searches on job boards, social media, and internal databases • Proactively source and evaluate candidates' qualifications Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate job search criteria Schedule and coordinate all interview details with candidates Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates Build and nurture long-term relationships with contractors and candidates, fostering trust and loyalty. Seek out referrals and industry insights from candidates to generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with the team to generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development efforts.

Performance and KPI Achievement:

Consistently achieve or exceed weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications Bachelor's degree 0-2 years of experience in a human resources, customer-focused or sales-related role Demonstrated success in a productivity-focused sales or recruiting environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software. Experience with social media platforms Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address process challenges Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
