Position Duties:

Manage a high-volume requisition load with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent across job boards, social platforms, talent communities, and competitive markets. Own full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and candidate experience management. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and strategic recommendations. Maintain a high bar for candidate quality while meeting aggressive hiring timelines. Track and manage candidate activity in ATS system with precision and compliance.

Position Requirements:

5+ years of recruiting experience with strong sourcing capability for hourly manufacturing roles. Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Exceptional sourcing skills, including Boolean search, passive outreach, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence. Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Recruiting experience within manufacturing or similar industries is a strong plus. Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred), job boards and sourcing tools.
