Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels, including social media management and lead generation efforts. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from job posting to onboarding, utilizing ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to streamline candidate tracking and communication. Conduct thorough interviewing sessions, assessing technical skills and cultural fit while maintaining clear communication throughout the candidate journey. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide consultation on employment & labor law compliance, and support succession planning initiatives. Lead campus recruitment efforts by engaging with universities and training programs to identify emerging talent pools. Negotiate employment contracts and offers confidently while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Maintain accurate recruitment data within HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, generating reports for continuous improvement and strategic planning. Organizing and attending Job Fairs. Experience Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively manage candidate relationships and hiring manager expectations. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo is essential for efficient recruitment workflows. Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research methods, and social media management to generate quality leads. Understanding of employment & labor law regulations ensures compliant hiring practices across all levels of the organization. Experience working with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors (PeopleSoft), ADP or Kronos enhances data accuracy and reporting capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, and contracts.
