We are looking for an ambitious Senior Recruiter to join our clients team, partner directly with senior leadership, and help scale our organization. Reporting to the Director of HR, you won't just fill seats-you'll elevate our talent pipeline, refine our recruiting strategy, and build meaningful relationships across our industry.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do Strategic Sourcing & Hiring:

Partner with senior management to define job requirements, source top talent, conduct interviews, and recommend standout candidates to hiring managers.

Agency & Partner Management:

Manage relationships with external placement agencies, negotiate competitive agreement terms alongside the HR Director, and build university partnerships.

Network & Database Building:

Attend job fairs, host campus events, and build a robust candidate database via social media and proactive networking.

Market Intelligence:

Gather and analyze market data on industry salary trends, talent availability, and hiring demand to keep us competitive. ...

Process & Compliance:

Facilitate offer negotiations, manage reference and background checks, and maintain full compliance with EEO, ADA, and employment regulations.
