Are you interested in learning how great teams are built? Heritage Auctions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in corporate recruiting while contributing to the continued growth of the world's largest collectibles auctioneer. What You'll Do As a Recruiting Intern, you will assist with the full-cycle recruiting process and gain exposure to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases Reviewing resumes and helping screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates Supporting recruitment marketing efforts (job postings, campus outreach, social media) Assisting with onboarding preparation and new hire documentation Maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity Helping plan and support recruiting events and career fairs Conducting research on market trends and talent pipelines Requirements What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred Open to current students and recent graduates Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with candidates Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating continuous change and shifting priorities.
