Job Description
NAT-SU Healthcare is seeking a driven, organized, and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll leverage your recruiting and communication skills to review resumes, prescreen candidates, and support hiring across a variety of positions. Job Duties and Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Proactively source diverse and passive candidates using creative strategies, market research, and networking. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Initiate and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience from initial contact through hire. Coordinate and participate in job fairs and community outreach efforts. Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, alumni groups, and professional organizations.
Program / Service
Support Assist in creating and maintaining job postings. Prepare and extend employment offers upon approval. Support onboarding processes, including participation in new hire orientation. Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding. Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting strategies, processes, and overall talent acquisition initiatives. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in the ATS and HRIS systems. Ensure data integrity across all recruitment tracking and reporting systems. Conduct reference checks and background screenings; validate candidate information. Maintain employee files and ensure all required documentation is complete and compliant. Generate and distribute weekly and monthly staffing and recruiting reports. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness. Scan and file documents in appropriate employee records. Other Duties Support HR administrative functions as needed. Assist with special projects and initiatives led by HR leadership. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the HR department and organizational goals. Education and Experience 2+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; ADP and Indeed preferred. Strong communication skills, including handling confidential information. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Healthcare industry experience is a plus. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices, employment processes, and hiring regulations. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; familiarity with ADP and Indeed preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and improve recruitment metrics. High attention to detail and strong time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Healthcare industry knowledge or experience preferred but not required. Work Schedule Full - Time, 40 hours per week Physical Requirements (if applicable) Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer. Ability to stand for prolonged periods as needed. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Benefits:
