$18-20 Overview of Responsibilities Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Recruiter is responsible for conducting thorough candidate prescreens to evaluate qualifications, work history, availability, and overall fit for client opportunities. This role serves as a critical first step in the recruiting process by ensuring applicants meet minimum qualifications, maintaining accurate candidate records, and coordinating qualified candidates for further interviews and assessments. The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting recruiting efforts by identifying quality talent, maintaining applicant data integrity, and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the screening process. Primary Objectives The attainment and ongoing development of these objectives will support career growth and the achievement of The Lee Group's goals. Conduct thorough and consistent candidate prescreens to identify qualified talent for client opportunities. Evaluate applicant qualifications, work history, availability, and overall fit for assignment opportunities. Maintain accurate and complete candidate records within internal systems. Schedule qualified candidates for Staffing Manager interviews, skills assessments, and next-step recruiting activities. Exercise sound judgment in candidate evaluations while recognizing when additional review or guidance is needed. Escalate candidate concerns, application discrepancies, or uncertain screening outcomes to the appropriate manager for review. Support branch recruiting efforts through timely applicant follow-up and exceptional candidate experience. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with The Lee Group's Core Values. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations. Results Performance will be assessed based on the achievement of the following individual and branch goals: Complete a minimum of 50 candidate prescreens per week. Recommend approximately 60% of screened candidates for Staffing Manager interviews or further consideration. Maintain accurate and complete candidate documentation and interview notes. Ensure timely follow-up with all applicants according to company standards. Demonstrate sound judgment in candidate evaluations and escalation decisions. Support overall branch recruiting effectiveness, candidate quality, and customer satisfaction. Consistently maintain a weekly prescreen volume of 50 or more completed candidate interviews while preserving quality, documentation accuracy, and candidate experience. Decision-Making Authority The Recruiter is responsible for conducting initial candidate evaluations and making preliminary recommendations regarding applicant qualifications and suitability for employment opportunities. Final hiring, placement, and candidate disposition decisions remain the responsibility of the Branch Manager, Staffing Manager, or designated leadership team member. The Recruiter is responsible for making initial candidate assessments and recommendations and is expected to seek guidance whenever uncertainty exists regarding qualification standards, candidate suitability, policy interpretation, or appropriate next steps.
