As an Associate Recruiter with EAU Holdings, you'll support full‑cycle recruiting for both seasonal and year‑round positions across businesses. Play a key role in finding quality people to shape our growing workforce. This part-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI. Position Responsibilities Perform full-cycle recruiting for seasonal and year-round employees for multiple businesses associated with EAU Holdings. Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts. Support and maintain relationships with local schools and communities to find talent. Assist with onboarding, training, and organizing employee documentation. Maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR or recruiting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems. Workday experience a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills.
