This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple locations. You will play a key role in helping us build a strong, reliable workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other platforms Actively source candidates through Indeed, referrals, and outreach Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews Coordinate hiring with managers and ensure positions are filled quickly Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Track applicants and hiring progress using internal systems Assist with onboarding and ensure new hires are ready to start Help improve recruiting strategies to attract better candidates

Requirements:

Previous recruiting or hiring experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment Organized and able to manage multiple positions at once Comfortable using job boards and basic computer systems

Preferred:

Experience hiring caregivers, CNAs, or healthcare staff Familiar with platforms like When I Work or similar scheduling systems

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours communication as needed
