$22-24/hour Job Summary Adecco is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Racine, WI. This role is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in positions that match their skills and experience. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for open positions. Coordinate candidate screening, onboarding, and required employment documentation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting and placement process. Partner with clients and internal teams to understand staffing needs. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. Meet recruiting goals while providing a positive candidate experience. Qualifications 1-2 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or related experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple open positions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. High school diploma or equivalent required. Why Join Adecco? Pay Details:
