Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bilingual Spanish/English Staffing Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across diverse industries and roles. Your ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English will enable you to connect with a broad candidate pool, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial outreach to onboarding. Duties Conduct full cycle recruiting by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, and research to generate high-quality candidate pipelines. Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure alignment on hiring needs and expectations. Lead campus recruitment initiatives by engaging with educational institutions to attract emerging talent through career fairs and internship programs. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring metrics. Support employee orientation, onboarding processes, and employee relations efforts to foster a positive candidate experience. Skills Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment across various sectors including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and internal recruiting. Strong negotiation skills coupled with talent management expertise to attract and retain top candidates. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques such as social media management, lead generation, and candidate sourcing tools like Lever or Greenhouse. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
