COO Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiting Manager for managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process to attract, hire, and retain qualified employees. Working closely with the COO and clinical leadership team, the Recruiting Manager will identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience from initial application through onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and passionate about connecting talented professionals with meaningful careers. Qualifications Eligible to work in the United States 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred Experience recruiting in healthcare or behavioral health preferred Valid Arizona Driver's License Able to commute to Mesa, AZ Ability to pass required background checks Physical Requirements Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time Physical agility to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height Must be able to bend, stoop, sit on the floor, climb stairs, walk, and reach overhead Exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone Exhibit manual dexterity to enter data into a computer terminal See and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids Hear and understand speech at normal office levels, outdoors, and on the telephone Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in the office and over the telephone Job Responsibilities Manage the company's Indeed and other accounts, including creating, updating, and monitoring job postings Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels Review applications and screen candidates to determine qualifications for open positions Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews Document interview notes, candidate evaluations, and hiring recommendations Collaborate with the COO and Clinical Director to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Extend employment offers and communicate compensation, scheduling, and onboarding expectations Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, employment verifications, and other required screenings Initiate and monitor the onboarding process through Paylocity, ensuring all hiring documents are completed accurately and on time Send onboarding emails, training schedules, and calendar invitations to new hires Confirm orientation and training dates while maintaining communication with candidates before their start date Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking data, and hiring documentation Ensure all hiring activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws Monitor recruitment metrics, including applicant flow, time-to-fill, and hiring trends Provide a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Join Our Team!
