Job Description
Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple business functions and locations. This role partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR, to ensure an effective, scalable, and candidate-focused recruiting process. This role will manage and lead a team of recruiters, help standardize recruiting processes, and manage complex or critical searches while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional, leadership, technical, and operational positions across the organization. Lead, coach and develop recruiters to achieve hiring goals. Screen, interview, assess, and recommend qualified candidates for open positions. Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with workforce plans and business growth objectives. Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, establish candidate profiles, and define hiring success criteria. Manage recruiting workflows, service level expectations, and hiring processes to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience. Analyze recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate pipeline health, and recruiter productivity. Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting policies, and equal employment opportunity standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to employer branding, recruiting technology, interview practices, and candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience. 2+ years of experience leading recruiting teams or projects. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and locations. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies. Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and hiring managers. Experience using recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision making.
