What You'll Do:

Recruit and onboard independent insurance agents and brokers Build relationships with referral partners (CPAs, financial advisors, attorneys) Manage social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and email newsletters Track recruiting and partnership metrics and report on progress Travel to conferences and events

What You Need:

College degree + 1-2 years of professional work experience Strong communication skills, comfortable with social media and Google Suite Self-motivated, organized, and people-oriented No insurance background needed — training provided
