3005089989-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Tufts Medicine seeks a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead strategic hiring across Tufts Medical Center and its system. This role designs and drives full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, builds diverse talent pipelines, and partners with executives and HR leaders to align hiring with organizational strategy. The leader will optimize TA processes and technology, manage and develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional, equitable candidate experience that supports our mission-driven, patient-first culture. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for clinical and non-clinical roles across Tufts Medicine, aligning hiring plans with system-wide workforce strategy Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to forecast talent needs, define role requirements, and build effective recruiting strategies and headcount plans Develop and manage sourcing strategies, including pipelines, employer branding, and diversity recruitment initiatives to advance equity goals Optimize recruitment processes, technologies, and metrics; track KPIs and provide data-driven insights and dashboards to leadership Coach and develop a high-performing TA team; ensure consistent, candidate-centric, and compliant hiring practices Collaborate with marketing/communications on employer value proposition and recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill and critical roles Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulations and internal policies throughout the hiring lifecycle Drive continuous improvement in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate/manager satisfaction through experimentation and best practices Partner with academic affiliates and community organizations to build early-career and pipeline programs Support change management and communication related to new TA tools, processes, and organizational initiatives Required Skills Talent acquisition strategy Full-cycle recruiting Healthcare recruiting Workforce planning Diversity, equity and inclusion recruiting People management and coaching ATS and HRIS systems Data analytics and recruiting metrics Employer branding Stakeholder management
