Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Pay:

$15-$18 per hour + tips New team members start at $15 per hour + tips during a 3-week training and evaluation period. After completing a skills test and performance review, the hourly rate will be determined based on performance, reliability, customer service, job knowledge, and ability to handle the front desk independently, up to $20 per hour + tips . If you feel you have fully learned the position before the end of the 3-week training period, you may request an earlier skills test and manager evaluation. Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate Toast POS and handle cash and credit card payments accurately Answer phone calls and assist customers with basic questions Manage reservations and seating through OpenTable Pack and hand out takeout and delivery orders Communicate professionally with customers and delivery drivers Monitor orders and follow up with the kitchen or sushi bar when needed Learn and recognize menu items and basic ingredients Restock sauces, beverages, takeout supplies, and front desk items Assist with simple food preparation and basic prep work Keep the front desk, takeout station, menus, and entrance area clean and organized Complete assigned opening and closing duties Help the team in other areas when needed What We Are Looking For Friendly and professional customer service Reliable and punctual Able to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Previous restaurant, cashier, host, or customer service experience is preferred Toast POS and OpenTable experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided Cash-handling experience is a plus Basic knife skills are a plus Schedule & Benefits Full-time or part-time Expected hours: approximately 15-40 hours per week $15-$18 per hour + tips Meal and rest breaks are provided based on shift length and company policy Dinner shifts include one 15-minute paid break Eligible full-time employees may apply for company health and dental insurance after the required eligibility period, with the company covering 50% of the eligible premium Paid sick time in accordance with company policy and applicable law After 3 years of service , eligible employees receive 40 hours of vacation , subject to company policy Walk-in interviews are welcome Tuesday through Thursday between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
