Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Onsite Manager to oversee daily operations at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices, and a passion for delivering exceptional client and employee experiences. As an Onsite Manager, you will coordinate staffing, foster relationships with clients and staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while driving operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead daily operational activities to ensure seamless delivery of homecare services while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Manage recruitment efforts through talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new staff members efficiently. Oversee employee relations, conduct performance evaluations, and support staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment law, HR legal standards, and company policies across all operational aspects. Utilize talent management software and HR systems such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing to track employee data, scheduling, and performance metrics. Build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and community partners through effective communication and relationship management strategies. Conduct regular training sessions on HR legal compliance, employment law in talent management, and safety protocols to promote a compliant work environment. Implement recruitment strategies including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling potential candidates, and leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like Lever or BrassRing for high-volume recruitment efforts. Skills Proven expertise in negotiation, talent management, and full cycle recruiting within a healthcare or service-oriented environment. Strong interviewing skills combined with experience in employee orientation, training & development, and succession planning. Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques, external recruiting strategies, and candidate sourcing for high-volume roles. Familiarity with HR legal compliance including employment & labor law, as well as specific regulations relevant to homecare services. Experience using talent management software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing; knowledge of HR systems like Paychex is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to research industry best practices and implement innovative solutions for operational improvement. Demonstrated leadership in employee evaluation processes and employee relations management within a fast-paced environment.
