Entry Level Manager:

Lead by example in face-to- face interactions, presenting AT&T Fiber services confidently as an Entry Level Manager. Support, train, and manage team members in daily activities, helping maintain consistency and performance standards. Contribute to overall company growth by engaging customers and identifying opportunities in real time. Track performance metrics and assist in analyzing results to improve strategies. Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on leadership development, product knowledge, and communication skill as an Entry Level manager. Ensure a professional and results oriented approach when representing the AT&T Fiber campaign.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and confidence in face to face environments. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. A goal oriented mindset with interest leadership and development. Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and support team objectives as an Entry Level Manager. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast paced setting.
