Staff Development Coordinator Lead Learning. Build Confidence. Make a Difference. Are you an experienced Staff Development Coordinator who loves turning training into meaningful learning experiences? At WhiteStone, you'll play a key role in developing our team, strengthening clinical skills, and helping employees feel confident and prepared to provide exceptional care. As our Staff Development Coordinator , you'll lead employee orientation and ongoing education across the organization, with a special focus on orientation and clinical skills training for our Health Center nursing team. You'll collaborate with leaders throughout WhiteStone to identify training needs, coordinate educational programs, and create opportunities for employees to grow. What You'll Do Lead and facilitate new-hire orientation and ongoing staff education . Develop and coordinate monthly and annual training calendars. Provide specialized orientation and clinical skills training for Health Center nursing staff . Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and develop programs that strengthen employee knowledge and skills. Coordinate instructors, educational resources, and learning opportunities both inside and outside of WhiteStone. Maintain accurate training, licensure, health screening, and education records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Evaluate training effectiveness and use feedback to continuously improve programs. Support infection control education, quality initiatives, and other organizational training needs. Coordinate student learning experiences and clinical education partnerships. Serve as a resource and leader for employees while helping foster a positive, professional, and hospitality-focused workplace. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of Staff Development Coordinator experience —
REQUIRED.
Current North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license —
REQUIRED.
Experience in long-term care/skilled nursing preferred. Relias experience is a plus! Current CPR certification. Strong teaching, leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple training initiatives. Comfortable working with employees at different experience and skill levels.
