Overview Raising the Bar CrossFit is in a unique stage of growth, and we're looking for a coach who wants to be part of building something—not just clock in, coach a class, and go home. Over the last year, RTB has gone through a major transition under new ownership. We've continued investing in the facility, programming, community, and the future of the gym. Our morning classes are growing and becoming packed, and now our focus is rebuilding that same energy, culture, and momentum in our evening program. That's where you come in. We're looking for a CFL1 or CFL2 coach who is passionate, energetic, technically sound, and genuinely great with people. Someone who can walk into a room and make every athlete—from the brand-new member to the experienced CrossFitter—feel coached, challenged, and excited to come back. The evening program is a rebuilding project, so this position is perfect for someone who wants more ownership than simply following a whiteboard. You'll have the opportunity to help grow the classes, shape the culture, connect with members, and become an important part of where Raising the Bar CrossFit goes next. We're building a gym centered around great coaching, strong relationships, hard work, and becoming 1% better every day. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 6.0 per week
