This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, foster knowledge sharing, and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in instructional design, adult education principles, and learning technology, ensuring that training solutions are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence talent development and drive continuous improvement within a diverse and global workforce. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies utilizing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model to ensure effective learning outcomes. Design engaging curriculum content tailored for adult learners, incorporating best practices in instructional design and leveraging tools such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint. Manage the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, and report on training programs across various departments. Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Management teams to support employee orientation, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management initiatives. Lead program management efforts for leadership development, mentoring schemes, and change management projects to foster organizational agility. Conduct research and data collection to evaluate training effectiveness through employee evaluations, feedback surveys, and performance metrics. Facilitate classroom training sessions and virtual learning experiences using excellent presentation skills and public speaking abilities. Oversee content development for various platforms including Workday, Salesforce, HRIS systems, and SharePoint to ensure consistent messaging. Support HR sourcing efforts by identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted training interventions aligned with business needs. Promote a culture of continuous learning by providing coaching on conflict management, communication skills, and human capital management strategies. Qualifications Proficiency with learning technology tools such as Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms (e.g., Workday or similar), SharePoint, and HRIS systems like Human Resources Management Systems. Strong understanding of talent management practices including succession planning, performance management, employee evaluation, and HR sourcing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate training sessions confidently. Demonstrated expertise in change management processes and organizational design principles. Ability to research industry best practices through data collection and apply insights effectively. Experience in classroom instruction combined with virtual training delivery is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
